We already had among the highest condo fees in the area. What a joke. ...but the real joke on us is that the president of our corporation - doug colling put his penthouse up for sale and sold it and bailed out just before raising all of us other condo owners condo fees. Now there\'s talk of $6,000,000 in repairs needing to be done and no money to do it. I guess that means more whopping 10% increase to pay for all this work or each of us will be forced to pay tens of thousands $$$ in special assments or lose our places. I wonder...After the property values start to plumet here (yet once again) is dear ole dougie going to buy his place back at a profit?

Applewood Place is a unique and lovely place to call home. Friendly residents 24 hour security and staff provide a secure and cozy environment. A welcoming and elegant lobby leads to bright well laid out suites with open air balconies. Rooftop pool and deck provide stunning views from every window. They don\'t build them like this anymore. It\'s no wonder Applewood Place was Mr. Shipp\'s flagship residential building! Great value and close to everything. From toddlers to seniors there is something for everyone.
