The building itself is beautiful... however there have to be at least 10 major issues within and around the building that are reason for not moving on... here are some (I have lived here for 2 years): 1. the whole building is nearly surrounded by construction... don\'t count on sleeping well if you are affected by sound - construction begins at 7 am Monday - Saturday. 2. For one of the tallest buildings in Mississauga, we have only 4 elevators, 1 is used for moving and often on service and typically we have had 1 out of service often - it is not uncommon to wait for at least a few minutes for an elevator. I waited once for 7 minutes on the 14th floor! 3. The management company is nearly non-responsive or instead of taking owner and tenant concerns seriously, their first responses are excuses rather than \'we will look into that right away.\' Major issues with ventilation and contamination from one suite blowing into the hallway and moving into the next. I could go on... these are the main ones so far. 4. To add to this we have police cruisers here nearly every two weeks due to issues with the tenants who are likely renters and not owners. 5. The common area along with the barbeque area which are separate require 250.00 deposits to use - I understand most places charge deposits - this is high compared to what I have experienced in other buildings and heard from others. 6. If you have a suite that faces north, BEWARE as condensation accumulates and as such has caused a mold problem in my suite. These are just some of the issues in the building. I hope this helps you in making an informed decision!

Pros: none
Cons: Security/Management, Maintenance fee
Neutral opinion: Amenities, Location
